1. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable. Due to the highly personalised nature of our consultations and the extensive advance arrangements required, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Clients’ change of plans or schedule conflicts
- Personal, family, or health-related issues
- Inability to attend a scheduled consultation
- Non-arrival or partial attendance for a scheduled session
- Weather conditions, transportation issues, or other force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.

2. Engagement & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure your appointment or service.
- Your engagement is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to deny service to any individual at our sole discretion. In such rare cases, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Scope of Services & Experience
This is an immersive, transformational experience that may include a range of techniques such as:
- Astrology
- Palmistry
- Vastu
- Numerology
- Pujas & Specialised
- Homas
Important Note: Our services are not therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic. We do not provide psychiatric or medical treatment. Instead, we facilitate powerful internal processes that guide you through self-discovery and energetic alignment. We do not analyse or solve your problems—we guide you into profound states of clarity, from which transformation naturally arises.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally capable of engaging in our services.
- Any pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed confidentially before your session.
- You are solely responsible for your well-being, participation, and integration during and after our engagement.
- Follow all instructions and safety protocols provided by our practitioners.
5. In-Person Sessions & Conduct (If applicable for in-person services)
- Any arrangements for in-person sessions, including meals or specific requirements, must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
- Alcohol, recreational drugs, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited during any in-person engagement.
6. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to uphold a standard of respect, confidentiality, and integrity. We reserve the right to terminate any service or session, without refund, in case of:
- Disruptive behavior
- Disrespect toward our staff or practitioners
- Violation of our established rules
- Any action that jeopardises the safety or experience of others.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All materials, teachings, and proprietary practices shared during our services are the intellectual property of Shankha Veda Jyothishyalayam and Naga Srinivas Ayyalasomayajula. Clients agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written consent.
- Personal insights and information shared by you during a session are held in strict confidence. Likewise, any illustrative stories or examples shared by the practitioner are to be treated as confidential.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent the delivery of a scheduled service, the session may be postponed. In such cases:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Your appointment will be rescheduled to a new date, or a credit will be issued for a future service.
9. Liability Disclaimer
By engaging our services, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation. Shankha Veda Jyothishyalayam, its team, and its facilitators are not liable for:
- Any physical or emotional distress
- Personal loss, injury, or damage
- Outcomes of any practices or experiences during our engagement. Participation is at your discretion and risk.
10. Agreement & Acknowledgement
By booking our services, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
- You accept the no-refund policy and all responsibilities related to your engagement.
- You release the organisers and practitioners from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.
11. No Guarantees or Promises of Specific Results
While powerful tools and techniques are offered, every client’s experience is personal and subjective. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, cures, or states of mind.
12. Right to Modify Service Structure
We reserve the right to make changes to the structure, flow, or practitioner for any service, if required, to enhance the client experience or due to unforeseen conditions.
