Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shankha Veda Jyothishyalayam, we take great care in planning and preparing deeply immersive, life-transforming experiences. Due to the highly curated nature of our workshops and the limited availability of seats, we maintain a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.

1. No Cancellations Allowed

Once registration is completed and payment is received for any of our programs—including but not limited to the 3-day immersive workshop—cancellation requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to) situations involving:

  • Change of personal or professional plans

  • Family emergencies

  • Health issues

  • Visa/travel documentation issues

  • Flight or transportation delays

  • Weather conditions or natural disturbances

  • Partial or non-attendance

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

2. Non-Refundable Registration

All fees paid toward our workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand and agree to this no-refund policy

  • You are reserving a seat in an exclusive and limited-capacity retreat

  • The fee includes program facilitation, accommodation, meals, and curated experiences, all of which are planned and committed in advance

3. Force Majeure

In the event that the workshop is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions), no refunds will be issued. However:

  • Your booking will be honored for the rescheduled date, or

  • The amount may be credited toward a future workshop hosted by Shankha Veda Jyothishyalayam

4. Right to Admission and Removal

The organisers reserve the right to deny or revoke participation in the workshop at any time in case of:

  • Violation of retreat rules

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior

  • Non-compliance with the code of conduct

In such cases, no refunds or credits will be provided.

5. Acknowledgement of Policy

By proceeding with registration and payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You accept full responsibility for your commitment to attend the workshop
